Lerning is Process, Not Product

"Lerning is Process, Not Product" - Alex Chew, 15th May 2010 via email
i like this phrase...
last time, i am always rely on the products- the outcomes, but i forgot about the process
YES. the process is important!
maybe at the end, the product is not the excellent or what i expected
but, at least, i am enjoying the process

Alex sifu, i am learning how to give up unnecessary anxieties and stress within myself out here. this is not easy..... as too many task come in once times

hmm...
i am a bit worried of TASK TWO
Task Two
"Could you also prepare very brief vignettes of work with individual children (we will start with one to one work with children before we progress into group later) you may be working with, from previous or current cases where you may consider how best to move into role playing to achieve your therapeutic intention or the your role playing efforts had come across some hiccups in your attempt. (Maintain the confidentiality, annonimised all personal references) The main teaching point here is primarily to explore the skills that could be applied or be implemented generally with children. Supervision later will look into the unique dynamic of the individual case presented in relation to your work in using therapeutic role playing. I was thinking about the problem scenario for the ALS and may be incorporate a Case Study. We will discuss this further in tutorial."

 mm...
no ideas what it might going to be....
but will look out later

  1. Yes, learning is a process! I remembered when I was a fresh graduate. A senior told me that learn whatever you can, because a company can take away your position but they will not take away what you have learned..

  2. "If you don't get lost, there's a chance you may never be found"

When you say......"maybe at the end, the product is not the excellent or what i expected but, at least, i am enjoying the process"......have you consider another quote "...life is a creative process, not a journey of discovery or a school of learning. You're not discovering yourself, but recreating yourself.... establish who you want to be. You create your reality" ..... go on amd have a part in creating the excellent product that you expect.
